Mario has now opened a new Wine Dining Experience in the Grove on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. Originally known for his tasting room on West Bay Road, this new restaurant is a farm-to-table style restaurant which supports local farmers and fishermen.
Head Chef Alison Bieber creates a five-course menu each day using the freshest local ingredients - CI$90 per person before wine and 18% grats. They also boast having a great selection of wines which can be paired with the set menu. Diners can choose to eat in-doors in the air-conditioning, or outside on the patio where you can also enjoy wine and tapas.
